Cory is the owner of CW Total Property Solutions and a lifelong Nebraskan, known for reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. His hands-on experience started early — at just 12 years old — cleaning up job sites and learning the trade while working for his dad’s good friend.

By 16, Cory was working full-time in construction and continued doing hands-on work through school breaks and college. Along the way, he worked for multiple construction companies and spent years learning how homes are built, maintained, and repaired the right way.

Cory’s background also includes years working at golf courses and in horticulture, where he developed a strong understanding of landscapes, yards, and outdoor spaces - experience that still shows up in his work today.

Later, Cory spent seven years as a Service Manager at TruGreen and nine years as a Manager at Orkin. Those roles sharpened his skills in problem-solving, communication, and in-home service - and reinforced the importance of respecting people’s time, property, and trust.

Today, Cory is known for being thorough, honest, and easy to work with - explaining what’s needed (and what isn’t), respecting every home, and leaving each job clean and complete. He treats every home like it’s his own and every project like it matters - because it does.
